CISCO router license activated 2013 version

Speaking of it that I configured an afternoon to configure the activation of this license on yesterday afternoon starting from 1 pm until the last few minutes at 5 pm. I thought it would be too simple to apply for a license on the CISCO website. I believe that everyone has upgraded the license of ASA K8 to K9 on the CISCO website. It is a very simple matter but it has encountered a license upgrade after CISCO's revision. However, no matter how I apply, it is the last step and it hangs. The situation is follows below:

 When I generated the license file finally, I stopped it. I always thought it was a problem with the CISCO website because everyone knows that the website is very slow, especially downloading I0S which is quite slow. However, after waiting for ten minutes, it is not normal to  repeat Test but I can't generate a license file. I can't understand it. I don't understand that there is a problem. Repeated application is still unsuccessful.

Then, I started looking for documents on the Internet to see if there were any solutions. The results were searched online and only two are introducing this upgrade but the version does not encounter such a problem at all. I also read a piece of text that puts me under pressure:

At the documentation on the website of CISCO, everyone knows how slow CISCO's documentation is updated. There are no ready-made documents like this and it has suddenly entered the dead hole.

I asked a few friends online that everyone has not upgraded this new version but it is impossible to make this unclear. I have been unclear. My approach should be no problem and not wrong but I don’t know why. In the end, I found a good one. I asked about it because he had applied for it. I also saw it on the side so I knew that his activation was successful. The two of us carefully compared my own practices and found that the process was the same but in the end it is no and do not have any reason for that.

Finally, the problem is  found. The reason is my google browser. When my friend uses IE browser, there is no problem that he can succeed but only my cannot. Then, I found that when you use IE, there will be such a prompt:

The second step is to fill in the PAK number. It is on a piece of white paper that you get and the white one is the PAK number.

Now you can get the two values of the router's PID and SN by the command sh license udi on the device. Don't make mistakes in these two numbers otherwise it will be very troublesome.

Compare the above SN number. Don't make a mistake.

The model must be selected before you can choose the next step.

The last step is to the generate the license file, you will be asked to fill in the email address. This is not wrong. There are two kinds, one is to send you an email and the other is to download directly and generally choose to download Yes. I was there no way at the time.
